The truth, what’s good and what’s not
The location is exceptional, offering easy access to shops and eateries. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness were standout features, ensuring a pleasant experience.
Maintenance issues with the air conditioning created discomfort during my stay. Additionally, restaurant service was lacking, leading to disappointing meal experiences.

Service issues cropped up here and there, like the outdoor smoking area going uncleaned all day. I found the breakfast spread pretty average, lacking variety, and room service left a lot to be desired. One night, my room service never arrived, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making it slightly uncomfortable. Also, the layout of the elevators felt a bit claustrophobic due to dim lighting, and those cow print chairs in the lobby? Not my taste.
